About a year ago I discovered this gem in Hertfordshire, an extensive ancient broadleaved woodland with pedunculate and sessile oak, alder and lime, at the peak of bluebells bloom.
As I wrote in a previous post, I stayed there several hours, surrounded by spectacular colors saturated by the cloudy sky.
